Wayne has super great energy. Very helpful and very knowledgeable about proper techniques and form when exercising. Great Whit kids and all staff. He has a great summer program. Come check it out. There’s something for everybody here of all ages.

Loved my trial of this gym. The community is very friendly and supportive. Wayne teaches engaging and adaptable weightlifting classes, and gives feedback when needed — or solicited — without being overbearing. I feel encouraged by all the support and good atmosphere of this gym. Everything is clean and organized, and they have good equipment.

Coach Wayne is outstanding with kids & he brings a wealth of baseball experience to his training. His sessions are engaging, upbeat, and focused, leaving NO ROOM for excuses. He excels at developing skills & boosting confidence, all while promoting excellent sportsmanship between players. My son has made significant progress under Coach Wayne's guidance (we've been going for over a year). I highly recommend Coach Wayne for any young player looking to improve their game on & off the field.
