I have had many facials in my life and I had my first facial at Ethos last week by the very professional and sweet Victoria. I can't say enough about her and the treatment! It was by far the most relaxing, detailed, rejuvenating and best experience I have ever had. I’ve been to Ethos a few times for laser hair removal and had a great experience. Victoria (esthetician) and Leah (receptionist) were amazing. They made the place feel really comfortable and welcoming, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

receptionist will tell you your appointment is fine and then you’ll get a call saying it’s not fine. Online booking does not work. Very limited parking. Will tell you that your appointment will be an hour and then it will take 2 hours which is difficult for planning. Just a lot of room for improvement and not worth the hassle, plenty of better options out there!
