Three separate visits from a large, well respected plumbing company and they still couldn’t find the exact source of a shower leak. Calvin at Ethos found the source in one visit, and we’re able to fix it ourselves. Suffice to say, we’ll be going straight to Ethos next time.
Highly recommend Ethos! Calvin is knowledgeable, professional and communicated clearly. Transparent with the cost. We were the latest in what appears to be an epidemic of badly installed on demand hot water heaters. Calvin was patient and pragmatic in showing us where the developer had taken short cuts for our unit and what the manufacturer specs should be. We were able to verify with other neighbours for the same builders that this was a common issue.
