I would give 0 stars if that were an option. I received results from a urine test stating that I had morphine in my urine. I have not taken/received anything even remotely similar to morphine. It has upset me so much so that I had a panic attack. I am overly cautious when taking medications due to family history. The fact that a lab with a reputation of false results and illegal billing is still in business and doing this to more innocent patients is absolutely astounding.

I had a drug test with this company. My results said I had cocaine in my urine. This is not true I'm 68 year old. I never had use street drugs. Cause of this result my doctor will no longer give me my pain pills. I am so depress now. Cause these results are not correct. But they ruined my life now. I know lab make mistakes all the time. I've been trying to pay my bill from them for weeks. Their email won't accept my messages, I've called several times, and left voicemails each time, I left a message with customer support, and when I click "pay bill" online, it gives me an error message. I guess they don't want my money. I'm going to just give up on paying that bill, but I'm going to make sure not to use them again either, because I should not have to fight with a place to take my money to pay my bill.
