Amazing staff and amazing facilities!
After a lengthy recovery from a back injury last summer, I wanted to prioritize my overall physical fitness and strength training to ensure that I minimized the chance of it happening again, especially since I'm usually pretty active, have young kids, and play hockey a couple times a week. I have never, ever experienced a better gym or team facility that truly cares about YOU the way Ethos does. Whatever your goals are - they make time to help and motivate you every step of the way. The positive energy and team building that everyone here embodies makes me so excited for my next session! My confidence, mentality and physical abilities have thrived beyond my initial goals in just my first few weeks and I look forward to my future here!
