A clean and organized athletic place. Was invited to a teen BD party here and was impressed with the place.
Ethos Physical Therapy in South Lyon has been incredible. My physical therapist not only helped me successfully rehab my knee but also guided me into their performance gym so I could continue building strength. Having rehab, recovery, and ongoing training all in one place has made my comeback smoother and more motivating. I highly recommend Ethos for anyone looking for expert, comprehensive care!
Dan and the entire team at Ethos Human Performance in the South Lyon location are the best. I use the gym myself and have kids who attend the youth training classes. Everyone is very welcoming and it is a great training atmosphere. The equipment and layout give you an opportunity to do whatever you want and focus on specific things or switch up your workouts.
