Despite reviewing and having access to a variety of solar installation "experts," Ethos was our choice based on other reviews and our initial contact with their company. They appreciated our apprehensions, addressed our safety concerns, and worked with us on a schedule that allowed us to participate with the install. They were engaged and seemed as excited (or even more excited) than we were to use the sun to assist with powering our home. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend their services.
The Ethos crew did a fantastic job installing solar on my house. I appreciated that they had their system engineer come to my house when they were designing my system to make sure my electric panel was up to date and able to accommodate the proposed solar system. The crew went above and beyond to install the system on my metal snow covered roof before the end of the year so I could claim the federal tax credit.
