Crews showed up on time did the work correctly and efficiently. The staff kept us updated at every stage.
Our system isn't working properly. I called multiple times and submitted a ticket a week ago and haven't heard a thing from anyone other than how to get my system connected to the internet. The Ethos system was existing on the property that we purchased almost a year ago and was still under the previous owners name as of last week. Update 9/9/25 Our system is still not working properly. It's been weeks since I've heard anything.
