The lady at the front desk, April, was helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the packages. She was so kind to us when we called with questions. I purchased my gift card due to her ability to describe the packages so well to me. The 1st time we called. The lady was horrible. Super customer service oriented. I booked a pedicure, it started on time and was amazing. The heated recliners put me right to sleep.
Love this place. Their team is so welcoming and skilled. The spa amenities are a definite bonus, and the facility surprisingly private for being located in a very populated area. Highly recommend!
“Wow” doesn’t begin to cover it. This was an amazing experience from start to finish and frankly knocks all the other spas in the area out of the water (for me, at least). Ethos was so accommodating of me. They saw I listed “they/them” pronouns on my profile online before I arrived, and discreetly pulled me aside before my appointment and asked which locker room I’d like to use.
