I have reached out to David several times beginning about 16 weeks after the install and subsequently over the last 24 months for a certificate on our Bronze Fortified install that he performed. He promised delivery within the upcoming 12 weeks from a 3rd party and advised that we were "compliant" for our roof install. Our Insurance company is requiring it now.
