We toured many apartments in the Kent area, and Vanessa from the leasing office really made Ethos stand out. She was welcoming, professional, and really made the entire experience enjoyable. Highly recommend connecting with her if you’re considering Ethos!
Visited some friends who live here and was really impressed! The pool area is amazing, super clean, relaxing and perfect for hanging out. Great experience overall!
From the moment I walked into the leasing office, I was warmly welcomed by Vanessa. Every member of the staff — including the service team — took the time to stop and greet us during our tour. Ethos is at the top of my list because of the strong sense of community I felt while visiting. The landscaping was beautifully maintained, and the unit itself was stunning.
This is a very nice community with a super helpful front office. The property is clean, peaceful, and safe. Roujan, Vannessa, and Kinda will assist you with professionalism, courtesy, and as if you were one of theirs!
