Living at Ethos Apartments in Kent has honestly been one of the best renting experiences I’ve had. From the moment I moved in, everything felt modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. Radical!
Ethos has been an amazing experience in my 6 months of residence. All the staff are friendly and greet me by my first name whenever I need assistance. The property is also very nice and walkable.
We toured both Kairos and Ethos and Roujan at Ethos gave us a great tour of the beautiful property and amenities which helped make our decision making process very easy. So far, we are very happy here at Ethos, the office staff, and maintenance team. Big plus, there’s a golf course across the street that will be so nice in the summer months to come.
Vanessa at Ethos Apartments has been incredibly helpful whenever I need assistance, whether it’s in the office or with packages. She brings such a positive attitude and truly is a bright light in the office.
