This property has the best maintenance staff. A special shout out to Naser, Tyler, and Isidoro for always delivering timely repairs and being so kind whenever they help out. They really go above and beyond to make living here a great experience. The leasing staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful. The community itself has amazing amenities, including awesome gyms, a pilates studio, a boba spot, and a sushi restaurant right on-site. To top it all off, we even get food trucks stopping by. Highly recommend living here!
The management here is being very unfair. Homeless people park and even live in the parking lot, and nothing is ever done about it. But residents who actually live here and pay for parking keep getting papers stuck onto their car windows with glue. If they simply placed notices under the wiper or left them without sticking them, that would be understandable. Instead, the glue damages and dirties the windows. Nasir and Sidro (maintenance guys) did an excellent job fixing our heater. They were professional, respectful, and arrived on time. They quickly identified the issue and explained everything clearly, which I really appreciated. The repair was done efficiently, and they made sure everything was working properly before leaving. They also kept the area clean and were very courteous throughout the visit. Overall great service, I would definitely recommend them!
Living at Ethos Apartments in Kent has honestly been one of the best renting experiences I’ve had. From the moment I moved in, everything felt modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed.
