Roujan is absolutely amazing! She is so kind, professional, and always goes above and beyond for residents. Anytime I’ve needed help, she’s been quick to respond and truly makes you feel cared for. Ethos Apartments is lucky to have her, she makes living here such a great experience!

This community offers a clean, well-kept environment with responsive management and a friendly staff. Kinda, the property manager, is always positive and helpful. The property is maintained regularly, and it feels safe and comfortable here. The location is convenient for shopping, dining, and commuting, and amenities are reliable and easy to access. Overall, it’s a solid apartment community!
This apartment has been very disappointing. There is never enough parking, even though you pay for it and the spots aren’t even assigned. The package locker has been broken into multiple times, and management recently emailed residents saying they can’t do anything about it and the locker will no longer be usable. If you can’t maintain the basic amenities you advertise, the rent should reflect that. Residents shouldn’t be paying full price for services that don’t exist. Very frustrating experience.
