This community offers a clean, well-kept environment with responsive management and a friendly staff. Kinda, the property manager, is always positive and helpful. The property is maintained regularly, and it feels safe and comfortable here. The location is convenient for shopping, dining, and commuting, and amenities are reliable and easy to access. Overall, it’s a solid apartment community!
This apartment has been very disappointing. There is never enough parking, even though you pay for it and the spots aren’t even assigned. The package locker has been broken into multiple times, and management recently emailed residents saying they can’t do anything about it and the locker will no longer be usable. If you can’t maintain the basic amenities you advertise, the rent should reflect that. Residents shouldn’t be paying full price for services that don’t exist. Very frustrating experience.
Amazing place to be very serene and beautiful
The Ethos illegal evicted me I was over paying my rent and they was excepting government funds with out my rent payment there! Frauds and need to be in court.
We’ve lived here for about a year and a half now. The office staff are always very helpful and polite. Our roommate had to move back home so we recently ended up breaking the lease, however they have made the process super easy for us to transfer into a different unit. They worked with us on getting a unit that most satisfied our desires. I honestly can’t thank them enough.
