I would not recommend moving into these apartments. During my tour, I was quoted one price for the unit, but when I received the lease, the rent was $70 higher. When I questioned the difference, I was told that the person who gave me the tour no longer worked there. Parking is horrible, with some residents having three or four cars. Management claimed they conducted parking audits, but I never saw any evidence of that. This property has the best maintenance staff. A special shout out to Naser, Tyler, and Isidoro for always delivering timely repairs and being so kind whenever they help out. They really go above and beyond to make living here a great experience. The leasing staff is also incredibly friendly and helpful. The community itself has amazing amenities, including awesome gyms, a pilates studio, a boba spot, and a sushi restaurant right on-site. To top it all off, we even get food trucks stopping by. Highly recommend living here!
The management here is being very unfair. Homeless people park and even live in the parking lot, and nothing is ever done about it. But residents who actually live here and pay for parking keep getting papers stuck onto their car windows with glue. If they simply placed notices under the wiper or left them without sticking them, that would be understandable. Instead, the glue damages and dirties the windows.
