We had a very bad experience dress shopping at ethos. We showed up on time for our appointment and had to wait 30mins to start which normally would be no big deal. However, it appeared we were thrown with an employee who does not normally work as a stylist. We felt like we were not listened to during the appointment and had no success with the dresses I tried. I was so worried about not being able to find a dress. BUT I found my wedding dress at my first and only dress appointment. Tara was so so helpful and made me feel comfortable through out the whole process. Jamie was amazing when we were checking out. Everyone was so informative and transparent with me and my family. I absolutely loved my experience!
Vania went above and beyond helping me to find the perfect dress. Her style expert opinion, and attentiveness led me to my dream dress. The experience was absolutely amazing- relaxed, fun, and supportive. If you're a curvy or plus sized bride looking for some superb quality and amazing service I recommend Ethos and Vania in particular.
Tara was wonderful, very attentive and the whole wedding dress experience was amazing!!
