I had an amazing experience here. Tara was great! She very quickly understood what I was looking for and chose the dress that I said yes to!! Overall such a great experience!! The rest of the staff were super friendly as well
I bought my wedding dress here in February 2025. The dress shopping experience was fine, unfortunately where I ran into issues was with the bustle that they added during alterations. The loop that they had sewn on to bustle the dress's train broke after taking 2-3 steps into my wedding reception. We had planned to do our first dance right away with an evening full of dancing later, which we couldn't do because my train was so long and getting in the way. We recently visited Ethos after a not so pleasant experience elsewhere. The staff at Ethos were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. So thankful for the experience at Ethos helping us say yes to the dress! Can't reccomend them enough.
Had a great experience with Vania at ethos. She picked lots of styles based on the inspo I had shown her and helped celebrate with champagne when I picked the dress!
