This was my second bridal appointment, and while there was one dress I liked, I wasn’t completely sure about it. My consultant and everyone in the room (friends, family, and staff) were very encouraging, but I still felt unsure and wanted to keep trying on a few more options. I don’t understand how they can be so rude to young ladies. I tried going to this place for my wedding dress and got the same experience with my nieces trying to find a grad dress.
Extremely disappointed with my experience here. Im fairly certain they gave my room away to a walk in appointment even though I had scheduled an appointment months prior AND confirmed when they sent me a message!! I was shoved over to the "prom" side of the store in a corner near alterations. They didnt have enough chairs for my entourage!
