I have been working out at Ethos 360 for a little over a year. Kelly Krause is one of the best and most accomplished trainers that I have come across. She holds you accountable and makes exercise fun and exciting with easy to learn techniques that everyone could take advantage of. I thought I would struggle working out at 4:30 am twice a week, however, now I feel guilty if I don’t go as I continue to get stronger and leaner.
