We needed to turn our basement into a mother in law suite and found James online. He helped us design a livable space that would allow an elderly person to live comfortably. He personally did the work and didn’t just hand it off to another subcontractor. We will be using this service for more projects .
We had looked at several options for a new deck and searched several builders. We ultimately chose Ethier Home Improvement because of a referral from a friend who had used them in the past . I can not stress enough how happy we are with our new deck . The process was smooth and the quality was beyond what we expected. Everyone I know has had a different experience with a contractor, and I’m happy to say that my personal experience was exactly what my wife and I had hoped for. :)
I'm leaving my personal experience review regarding this contractor he is a rip-off and a liar he took money from my mother was supposed to put gutters on her home she gave him a $400 deposit had to get rushed to the hospital and he was still on the job doing the work and then months went by he never came back to fix it and never refund her money and she passed away that's besides the point I am the daughter trying to recoup the money back because we own the house now and we need to do work on the house and try to fix the gu... read more
We hired them to install vinyl siding on our rental property. We were very pleased with the entire process. Definitely use them again !
