Jay was very professional and detail-oriented. He was also very prompt and matter-of-fact about updates, delays, and any changes to the established plan. He was very respectful when sharing or workshopping variations to my suggested build and ultimately what he recommended is the only way I can ever picture it being now. We hired Jay to build a two-car garage with a full foundation and an above-garage master bedroom and bathroom, and we were extremely happy with the result. Jay was amazing to work with. He definitely deserves 5 stars. From beginning to end he was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Never taking short cuts on the project. Recommending little things to help make the project better. Always on time and kept us updated on any issues. I’m definitely using Jay again to finish my lower deck.

Major construction job of rebuilding and painting cedar chimney box after cleaning out and insulating damaged area.
