Dr Gillette did a wonderful job reconstructing my nose with rib bone and rib cartilage. My nose had been damaged originally in a vehicle accident and then by infection. He managed to rebuild the bridge to have a likeness to my original. I am relatively happy with the result. It is now a month post-op, there is still swelling in the tissues but the shape and appearance is beginning to be apparent. I recommend dr gilette to anyone with a complicated case.

Dr Gilette did an AMAZING reconstructive revision rhinoplasty on my wife's nose. Originally, it had been badly damaged in a vehicle accident and then by a pseudomonas infection and further infections resulting from previous reconstructive attempts with a silicone implant. Dr Gilette managed to reconstruct the bridge using rib cartilage and bone grafts to appear almost like her original.
