We had a fantastic experience with Ethic LLC, Cameron, and our project manager Chris Nance. The whole project was extremely well organized with each date and deadline in the Builder Trend application, project milestones and pictures included, and any development issues or questions logged. I have had the pleasure of working with Ethic on several properties now in the capacity of cabinetry design. Their project manager Gennady Sen has made each project a walk in the park. A communicative consummate professional, Gennady has the ability to predict any problems before they arise by carefully reviewing plans and pre gaming solutions. Cameron Cooke has the art of renovation down to a science, and has a dialed in team of likeminded experts. 10/10 would (and have) recommend!
I worked with Gennady and Ethic to build out a 950 sq. ft. Space above my detached garage. At the time, there were still some supply chain issues, post Covid but Gennady and the Ethic team managed it all successfully and came in on time and within budget. The attention to detail was first rate and their communication and attentiveness couldn’t have been better. I highly recommend this team.
Ethic has been a joy to work with. We supply trim and interior doors for them and they always know what they need and are very communicative. Gennady, the superintendent, is a great guy, very trustworthy, and reliable. Thanks Ethic for being a great customer.
