As a rule I believe there is always room for improvement. But these guys nail it every time. I also had the car serviced in Darwin, the loan car was a let down,but apart from that a 5 star experience.
Huge thanks to the team at Ford Etheridge Lilydale. I rang this morning about a window issue and an error code on my car and they were able to fit me in the same day. Shout out to the manager (forgot his name) who fixed it in under 20 minutes and really looked after me. Super grateful such a great team. Thank you again! Chloe :)
