Rang to book a service on my 23 Everest. Forth service from new. Should be fixed price $329 for standard service. Quoted $755! Spoke to Service team. Could not give me a price. Not very helpfull. Will go to another Ford dealership. Beware!
From the first contact with hayden to the ongoing dealing with Reece was absolutely fantastic, my wifes everest had a few electrical issues that needed to be assessed, i took the car in, the communication was exceptional, the customer service was great, i will be definately bringing the car back for servicing and dare i say it any repairs that it may need going forward, thank you to Reece and the rest of the team, great service, great communication. Hayden, the manager at Ford Lilydale, was extremely aggressive and hostile during our interaction. I asked a straightforward question about my car service and was made to feel like an idiot for even raising it. I didn’t expect to be sworn at, and I was genuinely taken aback by the way he spoke to the staff as well. Honestly, I regret buying a Ford.

WARNING any potential Ranger/Everest buyers. Ford and the Etheridge Ford dealership do not stand by their vehicles. My 2024.5 Ranger Wildtrak V6 has had issues with it's Turbo for nearly the entire three months I owned it, and Ford, Lilydale Ford, and Knox Ford all believe that the issue is "not abnormal". The vehicle has spent over 28 days of the 100 days I've owned it in various dealerships (Knox and Etheridge Lilydale/Ringwood) to be investigated.
