WARNING any potential Ranger/Everest buyers. Ford and the Etheridge Ford dealership do not stand by their vehicles. My 2024.5 Ranger Wildtrak V6 has had issues with it's Turbo for nearly the entire three months I owned it, and Ford, Lilydale Ford, and Knox Ford all believe that the issue is "not abnormal". The vehicle has spent over 28 days of the 100 days I've owned it in various dealerships (Knox and Etheridge Lilydale/Ringwood) to be investigated. We have been using Lilydale service lately and have not been disappointed, a recent issue with our Ranger was promptly diagnosed and sorted with no dramas. Shout out to Mel who looked after us, her customer service is second to none. Thank you.
Great service. Very comprehensive report. Very convenient to work. I think there’s a marked difference at the Lilydale Ford compared to some others. I’m lucky that it’s so convenient for me.
