As a Realtor, we don't always have great experiences with builders/developers, but I have to say, this was the best experience I have ever had with a builder/developer by far. The pride they took in their work and the process of getting to close is unmatched. Bea Cobell, the site agent was amazing to work with! She was always available with a great attitude throughout the entire process. I can't say enough good things about her, the builder, and the people around them.
Excellent company that not only stands by their work, but the work of their subs. We purchased our house in 2009 and sometime later we’ll after other companies would have claimed warranty expiration, Etheridge took care of a pretty unique issue with the house that had come up. They repaired the issue in a timely manner and I couldn’t be happier. If I ever build a house in Chesapeake again it will be with Etheridge! Again, they stand behind their product and that goes a long way for me.
