Went in for locs crochet maintenance. Cost almost $300 and too many of my locs still have loose roots. The price is per hour so completely dependent on the skills of the person doing your hair. Place I've been too usually have it based on the number of locs you have, which I think is a fairer approach. While I didn't get an opportunity to get my hair done, I appreciate the professionalism in the initial process of confirming my booking. The representative I spoke with was thorrough and helpful. I ended up having to cancel my appointment due to an emergency circumstance. I was grateful for a friendly reception. No questions asked! It's nice to see that there are still businesses who can balance being professional, yet personable.

Si c’était possible, j’aurais pu mettre moins de 5 étoiles. Services médiocres, si vous aimez vos locks, n’y allez pas là-bas. J’y étais pour une reprise de racines, ils m’ont bousillé mes locks. La dame m’a fait des nattes à la racine, au point que je n’arrive même pas à les défaire. Je ne sais pas combien de temps cela va me prendre pour avoir assez de repousse pour réparer leurs bêtises.
