DONT FILE A CLAIM WITH THEM. THEYRE ONLY USING YOU TO LEAVE A REVIEW ON GOOGLE AFTER THAT YOU WONT HEAR FROM THEM NOMORE. THEY WILL DROP YOUR CLAIM AND SAY THEY CANT REPRESENT YOU AND WONT TELL YOU UNTIL YOU CONTACT THEM AND ASK ABOUT YOUR CASE. THEY EXPLOIT THEIR CLIENTS AND USE THEM FOR THEY OWN GAIN WHICH IS A GOOGLE REVIEW. THEYRE UNETHICAL TO THE FULLEST. THEY DONT GIVE YOU A REASON ON WHY THEY DROP YOUR CLAIM. Lousy practice! I called them with a potential Claim after spending two hours of time on calls with them. Emailing tons of information , photos , and giving personal portal information all communication stopped they would not return emails or phone calls and we never spoke to an attorney even though I was told an immediate appointment would be made.
