You receive an education regarding any piece you’re interested in and will feel quite comfortable making an informed decision about your purchase. And the prices are quite affordable!! This business is incredible. They were super helpful to recommend repair and cleaning options for my Father's Jesus piece necklace he was gifted in 1970 before he left for the war. Just picked it up today and they brought it back to life. Big shout to the staff! I'll be doing business with them again soon!

The place is so elegant and quiet. The service is personal and excellent. I was very shy at first when I entered the store because I just wanted my wrist watch's link to be adjusted, but they attended to me like I'm a usual customer and gave me a huge discount for the service, even throw away a free battery for my watch!
