This review is purely for services performed. Customer service was great, everyone was as friendly and responsive as you could ask for. Maybe I am just clueless, but I thought by paying for a deep cleaning I would get the entire item cleaned. I asked for a queen mattress and couch. They brought in a machine which they filled with water and ran it across the surfaces, but that’s it.
