The worst experience since I’m going to pro health /Optum . I had to wait 2 hours after checking in to see this doctor . I wanted a refund , no one in the office could do that for me . Please go see someone else not this doctor . Thank me later .
Unacceptable wait time to see the doctor. 10:30 appointment and a12:30 still not seen. Staff overbooked him. Service is deplorable. But, Doctor himself was great. Experienced, smart and kind
