I can’t give this doctor one star. When my daughter saw him the first time he couldn’t look her in the eye and said he would go over her health history and get back to her because they were numerous health issues. Never heard a word from him and nothing in my chart. The icing on the cake was my daughter’s blood pressure dropped to alarmingly low levels and she was severely dehydrated and overall not well. The worst experience since I’m going to pro health /Optum . I had to wait 2 hours after checking in to see this doctor . I wanted a refund , no one in the office could do that for me . Please go see someone else not this doctor . Thank me later .
Unacceptable wait time to see the doctor. 10:30 appointment and a12:30 still not seen. Staff overbooked him. Service is deplorable. But, Doctor himself was great. Experienced, smart and kind
