Jen M. the Office Manager refused to call my mother by her last name. She was UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and DISRESPECTFUL. She was laughing the entire time we were being checked-out. She made my 84 year old mother very uncomfortable as she was pacing back and forth trying to intimidate us. I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Ethan S. Gilde, DO. I came in with a serious neurological concern—persistent involuntary muscle contractions in my neck and head—and felt I wasn’t heard or taken seriously. Every time I tried to explain my symptoms, I was frequently interrupted or talked over, making it hard to fully communicate what I was going through. Dr Gilde . Was wondering he listened and explained my questions to me . Very helpful . I waited just over a week to get my appointment. My testing appointments are scheduled a less than a week out. With holidays i was amazed . Dr Gilde took his Time with me went over my information. If you need neurologist please schedule with him. This my second neurologist hands down should been the only neurologist. Office staff are very sweet and friendly.
The front desk for the office is horrible. They do not care about customer service satisfaction at all. I have tried 3 days Friday, Saturday, Sunday to send a fax of blood work to them and keep getting no answer. Told me keep trying. If I cannot get you on the weekend when no one is working shouldn’t that tell you something is wrong. Called Monday said keep trying to fax. Then gave me a 3rd fax number still not working. Had to drive it over there. Already been waiting for the results for 2 weeks. Horrible
