I cant say enough positive reviews about the people and this place! Debra (she was helping out from another property) was so warm, welcoming, informative and broke down every part of the process with me! Shay (that works in the office) is also amazing!! She was so kind, helpful and had so much insight and information that truly helped me and the application process go smoothly!!!! The world needs more Debra and Shay's!!!! My husband and I lived here for about a year and had such an amazing experience. The staff at this complex was the best staff we've ever had at an apartment complex. Maintenance was always kind, prompt, and reliable. The property manager, Ashely, was phenomenal. The few times we ran into some issues, she was quick to respond and always worked quickly to find a solution. Unfortunately, I can't say I was given a good impression. Despite reserving a time for a room tour and arriving on time, the staff member decided to handle walk-ins instead that day. As the staff member was heading out of the leasing office to show the other guests the apartment complex, she asked why I had come, completely unaware of the appointment.
