Awful customer service and terrible response time. Ghosted me for days after doing exactly what was asked with no updates. I recommend you move ANYWHERE else in Rochester where they will actually respond promptly and kindly.
We love our place!!! The office personnel are fabulous; maintenance requests are fulfilled quickly and professionally; and the neighbors are friendly and respectful of noise levels, parking spaces. It has been one of the best places we've lived.
