I can say without hesitation that Ethan Morton is a huge asset for all your real estate needs. He helped me find my first home and a tenant for my rental property. He is extremely dedicated to his clients. He’s knowledgeable, kind and communicates effectively throughout the entire process. He genuinely cares for his clients and is dedicated to finding the right fit. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
I’m divided on stars to give Ethan. Execution of lease was easy however, I’ve emailed in reply asking for assistance in seeking rentals when that lease expired and I never heard back. Not in March 2024 nor since I emailed and asked this past April. I had a great first impression as to how well he handled our lease for where we lived for over 5 years but disappointed in his lack of follow up and follow through on tenants who would still like to use his services.
