Nancy has now helped up find two homes. Both times she has Gina above and beyond in our search. We plan on this being our forever home so hopefully we won’t need to look for another one but if we do, Nancy is why we will go back to.
Nancy and Ethan are excellent agents to work with! They are professional, thorough and knowledgable about North West Arkansas. They also were kind and patient during the whole process. I recommend them highly!

5 stars are not enough to give full gratitude to Nancy and Ethan. Both worked so patiently with us through the buying process. We were nervous because we used a VA loan, but this was nothing for the Merrells. We would not be in the perfect house without their support and patience.
The Merrills are incredibly knowledgeable and personable throughout the process of selling our home. I highly recommend them with any real estate deal. And I never give 5 star ratings as there is always something lacking somewhere but I could not find any fault whatsoever in our deal. Thank you for making it so easy for us.
