First off I want to say how much I appreciate you seeing me for an emergency ! I live out of state and I was visiting a friend . One of my veneers popped off , THE FRONT !!! They saw me at the Maryville Office . They were kind and professional . In and out in an hour !! I am so thankful that I was able to see the Maryville Office and they took care of me !!

We were "fired" from this practice after missing a couple cleanings! Yes--we missed cleanings. Why? Because our 5 year old son was battling cancer and passed away from Leukemia. Before they "fired" myself & my husband they started a full tooth replacement on my husband--the one that a screw is implanted. They made him a partial to wear when he was healed after 2 surgeries. PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU CHOOSE THIS DENTIST! I literally never give bad reviews on Google but this Dentist office takes the cake. The office staff is very nice but clearly all the Denist in that office only care about profit. I missed 2 appointments because of family emergencies and they dismissed me as a patient. Also they started a front implant procedure on my tooth which is a three step process and after the first two were done by the oral surgeon, I called to schedule to get my implant put in and the said NO! I have been going here for a few years now and Dr. Ethan Long and his team have always been very helpful, kind, gentle, and attentive. The bathroom and areas are all incredibly clean. The front desk staff is always very friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend coming here. Also shout out to Jess, she’s so kind and gentle with my teeth. :-)
