Dr Long and Dr Howe Aswell as the team have been great! Alisha has made every visit to the dentist enjoyable she always knows what say to get my mind off of being at the dentist. Sarah and the front desk staff always can hold a great conversation with you and are always welcoming.
I came in for a routine filling with Ethan Long in April 2024. Afterward, I experienced severe pain, but Ethan dismissed my concerns and said the filling just needed adjustment. I sought care elsewhere and underwent a root canal and crown to try to save the tooth, while spending nearly 2 years unable to chew on that side due to unresolved pain. Everyone was very kind, and patient, even when I had to take a bathroom break. I thought I was going to see Dr Long, but Dr Howe got stuck with me. Thank you very much Sir, and your entire staff was fantastic!
Spent two minutes with a dentist who couldn’t have cared less for who was in that chair. Didn’t listen to my issues nor develop a plan. I think he’s on early retirement.
