I wish i would have gotten the ladies name who was working the front desk tonight(3.6.26)around 5/5:30(was from South Carolina). She is such a welcoming and understanding person. I was there to drop some personal items off to a loved one, and i just want her to know her kindness was incredibly meaningful. She really went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated. Ethan's crossing is a great place to get treatment, the staff really do care about the patients.
I had a somewhat good experience. The nurses were good and bad. RNs are the only ones that should be dispensing meds, no one else. If there is a medical emergency, client reserves the right to go to the ER, no questions. Staff needs to stay out of patient belongings. Yes, that means theft. There should be cameras in the storage room the fire any staff that steal patient belongings. Group leaders and counselors are golden.
