Never rent from them, they will never offer any kind of help to the tenant. Ethan will look down upon you like he owns you and he will threaten you. I have received lot of threatening calls & emails from his staff.

I've been a tenant with Ethan Conrad Properties for 2 years now after they bought the dilapidated property that my salon is located. They fixed up the property with paint, roofing, tons of necessary repairs and phenomenal property lighting! We have the best, most responsive property management team and security who keeps our property safe from vagrant destruction. I've renegotiated my lease and found them to be fair and kind to work with. It is so nice to have such a responsive, responsible owner!
