Dr Blocher-Smith is great...very thorough, empathetic. My low rating is about my experience dealing with IU Health in general. Dealing with IU Health billing is horrible. Why does healthcare admin have to be so atrocious? I've been dealing with a simple primary care visit bill for five months because IU Health billing won't submit itemized bills to health sharing programs (similar to insurance) even though I'm working through a well known PPO. IU Health billing says that they will not submit the bill to certain networks. So ... read more
