Booked 4 rooms from Booking.com last Oct 12-17. One of the room wasn’t good experience and my friends told me that their shower wasn’t working right. They didn’t get shower for 2 days. Our stay was less than pleasant and we will NEVER stay here every again. Hotel was lovely and room was too, but the shower didn't work, nor did the shower in the room they wanted to move us to, nor did our friends' shower. When we mentioned this that night, they said we had to now wait until 6am the next day when the maintenance guy would get there. Mind you, we had to wake the front desk guy from his slumber...
