So I went to Ethan Allen to look for reclining chair. Mia assisted me, she was very nice & knowledgeable. We decided to purchase a recliner that was supposed to be at the warehouse ready for delivery. We finish the transaction over the phone and by email. On the receipt in bold letters it said Quick delivery. It’s been almost a month since the purchase. And I’m being informed it will be another month. Do not buy furniture from this store. It is privately owned...fails to represent the Ethan Allen brand and service. I am a young professional that recently moved to this area. I am a dedicated Ethan Allen customer. However, I immediately felt judged when I walked in the store....maybe because I didn't fit whatever mold the associates expect.
