My husband and I went to a few furniture stores looking for a long term option, for quality furniture. When we walked in to Ethan Allen, two ladies were at the desk. One was sitting and one was standing. We barely got smiles, and neither offered to help or ask what we were looking for. After strolling around for a bit , someone did come help us. After purchasing a sofa, asked about our old recliner's broken part. They ordered it for us. Wrong side twice. Took three month. Then the manager says they cannot get it. Which turned out to be not true. Chaotic service here. Go to different location.
Customer service excellent
Very expensive but nice mervhandise.
