We bought an opal caravan 16 months ago and found it a great van. However about 6 weeks ago while heading to Broome a strap holding the water tank up snapped, the tank dropped and was damaged beyond repair. When we called Eternity about the warranty we were told the bracket is covered under warranty, but not the tank. We advised that surely this is not right, and would seek advice which we did. At this point I said I would purchase the tank and fit myself if Eternity (Harris RV) would cover cost of tank. They offered to cove... read more
