I had the same experience as described by an earlier commenter. I got a call saying my dress is ready please pay the remaining 50% and the dress will be here in 2 weeks. I paid and 2 weeks later no dress. I called and they returned my call saying the lady in Kentucky who clears their payments and ships the dresses to Canada was sick.
