The staff really cares about your pets.
Since the owners have changed it has not been the same. I went up there to get my cats fixed back in October. We made the appointment to fix them in early November. I got a call the day before that they could not go through with my appointment because they didn’t have enough anesthesia in stock but they would call to reschedule after they got more in. This was our first visit here with a new puppy. The receptionist was friendly. The doctor and staff in the treatment room were wonderful. The doctor took the time to explain what I asked about. I was very pleased with our visit here.
