I had a really good experience with Marie and another assistant (I think it was Elina!) at a weekend appointment to pick out a wedding dress. I have previously been to four different bridal shops in Melbourne and was not enjoying the process of looking for a wedding dress. Exceptional customer service, the ladies were amazing with their honesty and knew the dresses that would suit. Walked away with one of the most beautiful dresses and Elaina provided the best service, she was so fun, honest and supportive. Get in and see these ladies they know what they are doing 🫶🫶
