Loved my experience at Eternal weddings, I only tried on three dresses and having never tried on a wedding gown before this, the experience was amazing! What I loved most is that they cater to all body types, including curvier women. I have a mum tum since having my son and have broader shoulders and I wasn’t sure if I wanted to go strapless. I can’t speak highly enough of Eternal Weddings Camberwell. This was the third dress shop I visited, and I had already found a dress at a previous store that I thought I loved. When I walked into Eternal Weddings and met the beautiful Marie, I mentioned that I already had a dress in mind. I had a fantastic experience at Eternal Weddings, with Marie and Thess. Marie was very warm, welcoming and hilarious, paired with excellent style and class (and so suggested my dream dress, which I love)! Thess was attentive, sweet and detail-orientated to a fault (which was most appreciated, as she adjusted my dress to make it really fit so well! it's perfect thank you). I would highly recommend these lovely ladies to ensure you are looking and feeling absolutely fine on your big day. xx
Beware. I am absolutely devastated and this whole experience has been gut wrenching. This store is run by a dishonest and unprofessional manager/director. You have no hope in speaking to anybody above the store manager Marie. She controls the consultation with the seamstress. She controls which dresses you try on and ultimately what you buy, with her high-pressure sales tactics and lies. She will threaten anybody who questions her. Elaina and the team were an absolute dream and made the experience of dress shopping so fun and enjoyable. Elaina was wonderful, she listened to aspects I loved from each dress I had tried (but not loved) and then pulled out the DREAM dress. She made the process so fun and stress free! 100% would recommend for brides
