very arrogant and made matters worst. She gave me a refund but it didnt make up at all for damages which took over a year to sort out. Her advise was terrible and violating and wasnt even asked for after some body work. Damages were for a lack of following official standards of practice. Have hear other nightmare stories about her from others as well since all the confusion was caused. Do not work with her. When I have enough time will report her to Texas board of counselling to question the integrity of her license.
