Ive came here a few times and the wax girls are usually very professional. Heather waxed me yesterday and ripped my skin under my eyes. I was shocked because they usually do the hard skin in my cheek bones. I felt bad because I'm sure she didn't do it on purpose. But it is burning more now and ive been using the cream she gave me. I called and asked for her to give me a call back before she leaves. I never got a call back. It hurts and I hope this goes away
This was by far the best experience and best head spa treatment. I bought this for myself as a gift for Mother’s Day. And I will now be coming every month for this. Blaise was absolutely amazing and explained everything. She made me feel so comfortable and relax, and we got to talk the entire time. I will definitely recommend this business and this treatment to everyone. From the moment you walk in the door. You are greeted with a smile and offered some water. Excellent customer service. Definitely worth 5 stars ladies!

I've had issues with my pores my entire young adult and adult life. I've had many facials done and everytime it was the same answer. "Your pores are too large, you need to exfoliate more, sorry I cannot get the black heads out." This is the first time where I've felt seen and heard. Teresea didn't blink an eye.
