Terrible company, never received my shirts, customer service is HORRIBLE, can not get a hold of anyone even after many many tries to reach them by email.
A terrible and expensive product that does not recharge outside in the sunlight. Only works part of the time in the bathroom when charged. Works when it works, for 6 hours. This is a terrible product over $100.
This is the worse company I have ever dealt with. They shipped the wrong shirts, I sent them back and in the meanwhile I ordered another one, never got my money back or the other shirt. The worse thing of all is they call themselves a christian company and I spelled that with a little "c" because they are not the real thing only wolves in sheep clothing. DON'T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!
My wife and my sister found this company and we’re so excited to support a company that claims to be Christian based and provide premium products. They took advantage of a promotional offer where their first box was free (just pay shipping). Before this order ever shipped, they immediately processed the next order without consent. Eternal Light sent me the wrong item and charged $7.99 for shipping. I emailed the company them and asked for a replacement as well as instructions on how to return the wrong item that was sent, Here's the response I received: Just include your packing slip or a note (either one works just fine) that has your name and address or order number and your reason for return so we know how to properly handle the return. I would give no stars if I could. I placed 2 orders a week apart 6/1/2021 and 6/8/2021 then cancelled my subscription. I have yet to receive either of my orders. When I request the status of my order, because it isn't like legitimate businesses where you check the status on the same site you are redirected to a separate site, all I get are fake tracking numbers that say check back tomorrow.
