Will never use this company ever again. Cashed the check before rendering any type of service, dropped the ball on multiple occasions by not following up with the doctors office and newspaper for the obituary (and the obit was still wrong when submitted). Tried to blame other parties involved for delays, only later to find out nothing was taken care of and I needed to follow up on their work. Unprofessional from beginning to end. I just wish I could remove the one star rating and give a zero.
