This experience was NOT fun or professional! I stopped by a few weeks ago to schedule a consult for laser hair removal. There is only one individual who does this service at the office, Mrs. Patel. I was informed that she was out of town and they didn’t know when she would be back so they told me to call in a few weeks and I could schedule an appointment at that time. The most unprofessional place of business I have been to in a while. It took a while before I was greeted. Also, my appointment was poorly scheduled because there were several other people coming for the same services at the same time. Also, after waiting for 30 minutes, no one in the waiting room had been seen. They were very inconsiderate of others time and extremely unprofessional.
