We were hired by this company to perform plumbing work, and while the job was completed to their satisfaction, they have refused to pay the agreed-upon bill despite signing the quote and approving all charges beforehand. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with a business that doesn't honor their commitments and tries to avoid paying for services rendered. I took a course with Afra at Eterna Beauty. I am based in BC so that tells you how many options I had. I chose her because not only was her course extensive, it also provided everything thing I needed to be a successful lash tech, EVERYTHING. Meeting her in person was even better, she was patient, kind, encouraging and supportive. It was my first time holding tweezers and I left feeling like a pro. I took the Lash Extension course Afra offers and I have nothing but positive things to say. She is a great teacher, has great attention to detail and explains everything clearly. She actually takes the time to show you the proper techniques and different methods that would best suit you. Definitely worth it!
Phenomenal service, Afra has a gift for knowing what set will suit your eye. The lashes are always beautiful, and high quality. They last long, and I always get a tonne of compliments.
