Tonight's highlight was having Erin Jinishian for our server, or should I say- owner. Like most busy restaurants, you seldom get to meet the owner, or speak with the chef. But tonight, Erin represented E'terie as if she were the owner, making us feel so welcomed and appreciated. Great job Erin!!
