When we first moved into house with an existing pool they were fantastic. Now that we needed to repair it, they were hit or miss on when they would answer calls or emails. Wasn't impressed when after going back and forth on details I asked for an itemized estimate and then had radio silence from them for almost 2 months. I truly hope customer service improves for the sake of other pool owners. I know COVID is hard on businesses, but they dropped the ball when I was trying to support a small local business.
RecommendedI’m a new pool owner and still learning all the components of having a pool. I needed a few things and called Etcheson to see if they had what I needed. The lady on the phone confirmed they had it and offered to hold the item behind the counter for me. When I went into the store the next day, I was immediately greeted and offered help. Wonderful service!! Was looking for a pool float for my dog and they sent me pics of ones they thought would work. Very friendly and cheaper than other pool store in town!! Highly recommend!!
