These people do a great job with taxes and are very professional and courteous too. I don’t have a lot to compare to price wise but I think they’re also reasonable with what they charge. I highly recommend them.
Another tax season, another year of using Brad’s expertise in filing our taxes. We’ve been using his services for approximately 20 years and we can always count on him to complete our taxes in a timely manner for them to be sent by the deadline. Tax season is extremely busy for good tax accountants so you should take that into consideration when getting your information to your accountant. Thank you, Brad, for your great service!

I highly recommend avoiding Brad Etchberger, CPA. We reached out to his office in July after receiving a notice from the IRS regarding a tax issue, and his team assured us they could handle the matter by the IRS deadline. Unfortunately, we experienced a lack of follow-through and minimal communication for months. Taxes were dropped off in May and it’s now October and we have received ZERO updates. Does not return phone calls or voice mails. The receptionist is rude on the phone. Brad is never available to speak on the phone when he IS at work but does have time for multiple vacations as I have been informed of by his receptionist when calling for updates. 10/10 do not recommend you bring your taxes to his office for filing unless you want to be ignored and put on the back burner while he’s out on his boat.
