Today I visited Etch Hair Design for a color and cut. The salon is absolutely beautiful—clean, well-organized, and even the washrooms are spotless. Everyone there is incredibly friendly, and I felt really comfortable and welcomed throughout my visit. Jenny was my hairstylist, and she was exceptionally patient, kind, and understanding. Got my haircut with Jenny and she was amazing! She really listened to what I wanted and made sure I was happy with the style. My hair feels so fresh and looks great — exactly what I needed! She’s super friendly and easy to talk to too. Definitely coming back next time!
