Breath of Fresh Air! – I was hooked the day I first visited. It seems that every time I go in I end up, literally, buying something and wearing it out of the store! I promise, you can ask Emma;) I think what draws me in are the windows...it's so light in there, the colors, the music and of course the owner's cheerful demeanor. Next time you are on 2nd St. you definitely want to stop in! Look for specialty jewelry line Peppina by Jen Hansen and Comb shoe laces! Some of my favorite items at the moment!
The Perfect Boutique! – I absolutely adore this store. I walked in the other day and fell in love. I'm going to a wedding in May and will for sure be getting a dress here. The owner is so so nice and her clothing selection is fantastic. Beautiful dresses, awesome tops, great shoes, and one of a kind accessories!!!! Prices are also very reasonable! A perfect boutique in every way.
LOVE this store – This is my favorite boutique in Austin. Everytime anyone from out of town comes to visit, I take them here. If I ever need a dress to wear for a special occasion, date night, or just a night out with the girls- this is where I go. It also helps that the owner is super sweet with a sparkling personality- Emma I believe is her name. She was so helpful the last time I was in the store to help me find just what I was looking for. I will most definitely be back, as the inventory is always changing!
Yes, please! – Perfect location, perfect owner, just perfect. I can't say enough great things about Etcetera, etc. From the first time I stepped foot into this store I knew I would be a regular and why wouldn't I be? For one the owner, Emma helped me pick out just the right outfit for date night. She has stocked the shelves with everything you could possibly want. Let's just say it was hard for me to leave. My favorite new shop in Austin! – This is one of those stores you really do have to experience for yourself to understand just how great it really is. Etcetera, etc. is in the heart of downtown Austin in the 2nd Street District so I walk over on my lunch break as often as I can. Upscale but not uptight on 2nd Street – Ok, so after 10 years of living and working in New York City, I'm a wee bit particular about my boutiques here in Austin. I've found too many of them get caught up in trying to be "fancy" or "upscale" but really end up just being "snobby" which is a lot like when L. Lohan tries to be "classy".
