Erin is absolutely incredibly passionate about esthetics, friendly and kind. Takes her time, gives you a detailed PDF with all your recommended protocols/ products after a few visits and explains the "why" and science behind what she does. I love that all of her products are acne safe a vegan. She is truly a gem!

I cannot recommend Etc Skincare enough. The studio is relaxing, beautiful, incredibly clean, and smells amazing. I had a lot of questions about the types of masks, treatments, and the industry in general (what practices are popular and if they're FDA-approved or based on TikTok hype, etc.). I was like a toddler, question after question.
