After a broken ankle (motorcycle; trimalleolar with dislocation) was repaired by open surgery, I selected ETC for my physical therapy. Christina at the main office made sure that my insurance benefits were properly applied (in under 4 hours she got me from no coverage in their facilities to 100 percent covered with no copay, heroic IMO). Good equipment and good insights from the staff, they did a great job of getting to know me and figuring out how to get better.
